What is cheque printing software?

Cheque printing software lets your accounts team print accurate, bank-compliant cheques — instead of writing them by hand. EasyCheck supports all UAE and GCC bank templates and lets you track, manage and report on every cheque issued.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes — you can upgrade from Business to Business Plus or Premium at any time. The price difference is charged at upgrade. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period.

Do you offer monthly billing?

All plans are one-time 3-year licenses — no monthly fees. Business is AED 750, Business Plus is AED 1,200, and Premium is AED 3,000 for 3 years (first year 500 GB storage included in Premium). After Year 3, license renewal is AED 300/year (Business) and AED 400/year (Business Plus and Premium). Premium also has a storage fee of AED 600/year from Year 2.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees, no hidden charges. The price you see is what you pay. Your team can be printing cheques on the same day you sign up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. For enterprise and Premium plan purchases, please contact us to arrange payment.

What is the Document Attachment feature?

Document Attachment (available on Premium plan) lets you attach supporting documents — invoices, purchase orders, receipts, delivery notes — directly to each cheque record. Files are stored securely with 500 GB of storage per account, giving your finance team a complete audit trail for every payment made.

What is the PDC Calendar?

The PDC Calendar gives you a full monthly view of all your post-dated cheque payments — showing due dates, beneficiary names, and amounts at a glance. Cheques are colour-coded by status: Pending, Printed, or Cleared. Available on all plans.

What is Multi-Company Support?

Multi-Company Support (coming soon on Premium plan) lets businesses manage cheque printing for multiple company entities from a single EasyCheck account — with separate bank accounts, reports, and cheque records per entity. Ideal for holding groups, group finance teams, and accounting firms.
