Zoho Books integration

Zoho Books Cheque Printing for UAE & GCC Businesses

Your payment is already recorded in Zoho Books. EasyCheck takes that voucher, fills the cheque automatically and prints it onto your own bank cheque leaf, so nobody retypes a beneficiary name or an amount ever again.

Available on Business Plus and Premium. One-time 3-year licence, no monthly fees.

Can you print cheques from Zoho Books?

Zoho Books records the payment, but printing a cheque that lines up with a UAE bank cheque leaf needs a cheque printing tool. EasyCheck connects to Zoho Books, pulls the payment voucher through, fills in the beneficiary, amount and date, converts the amount to words, and prints onto your own bank-issued cheque leaf for any UAE or GCC bank.

Zoho Books stays your accounting record. EasyCheck handles the part Zoho Books was never built to do: putting the right values in the right physical position on a bank cheque.

The same payment, typed twice

In most finance teams the payment is entered once in Zoho Books, and then entered again by hand onto the cheque. That second pass is where things go wrong: a supplier name spelled differently, a digit transposed in the amount, a figure and a words line that do not match.

On a run of forty supplier cheques, the odds of at least one error are high, and every rejected cheque means a cancellation, a reissue and a gap in your records. Removing the retyping removes the whole class of mistake.

How it works

1

Connect Zoho Books to EasyCheck

Link your Zoho Books account to EasyCheck once, from the integration settings.

2

Raise the payment voucher in Zoho Books

Carry on working the way you already do. Zoho Books stays your accounting record.

3

The voucher syncs into EasyCheck

The beneficiary, amount and date come across and populate the cheque automatically, with the amount converted to words.

4

Review and print

Check the cheque on screen, then print onto your own bank cheque leaf on a standard laser printer and sign it as usual.

Working from vouchers that are not in Zoho Books? EasyCheck can also scan a payment voucher PDF and turn each one into a ready-to-print cheque.

What you get

No double entry

The payment details are entered once, in Zoho Books. EasyCheck takes them from there.

Amount in words, automatically

The figure is converted to words for you, which removes the most common reason cheques get rejected.

Any UAE and GCC bank

Configure a template from your own cheque book once per account and print for every bank you use.

Batch runs

Print a full supplier run in one job instead of one cheque at a time.

PDC calendar

Every post-dated cheque tracked in a monthly view, colour-coded by status, with reminders before it clears.

A record for audit

Every cheque printed is logged with its number, beneficiary, amount and user, and can be exported to Excel.

Who this is for

Any UAE or GCC business running its accounts in Zoho Books and still paying suppliers, landlords or contractors by cheque:

  • Trading and distribution companies with monthly supplier runs
  • Contracting firms paying subcontractors against approved vouchers
  • Property and facilities managers issuing recurring service payments
  • SMEs whose finance team is one or two people and cannot afford rework

If your team writes five or more cheques a month from Zoho Books payments, the retyping step is worth removing. For the setup walkthrough, see the Zoho Books integration guide.

Frequently asked questions

Can you print cheques directly from Zoho Books?

Zoho Books records the payment, but printing a cheque that aligns with a UAE bank cheque leaf needs a cheque printing tool. EasyCheck connects to Zoho Books, pulls the payment voucher through, fills the cheque details automatically, and prints onto your own bank-issued cheque leaf for any UAE or GCC bank.

What does the Zoho Books integration actually do?

It removes the retyping step. Payment vouchers raised in Zoho Books sync into EasyCheck, and the beneficiary, amount and date populate the cheque for you. You review the cheque on screen and print it. Your Zoho Books records stay the source of truth for accounting.

Which EasyCheck plan includes the Zoho Books integration?

The Zoho Books integration is available on the Business Plus and Premium plans. Business Plus is a one-time AED 1,200 licence for 3 years, with no monthly fees.

Does EasyCheck work with my bank if I use Zoho Books?

Yes. EasyCheck is bank-independent. You configure a cheque template from your own cheque book once per bank account, by scanning a blank leaf and positioning each field or by entering the measurements, then print for Emirates NBD, ADCB, FAB, Mashreq, DIB, RAKBANK or any other UAE and GCC bank.

Do I still need to sign the cheque?

Yes. EasyCheck prints only the cheque details: date, payee, amount in figures, amount in words and the A/C Payee crossing. Your authorised signatory signs and stamps the cheque manually after printing, exactly as with a handwritten cheque.

Can I print a batch of supplier cheques from Zoho Books data?

Yes. On Business Plus and Premium you can build a batch in EasyCheck and print the whole run in one go. If your supplier list already lives in a spreadsheet exported from Zoho Books, you can paste the rows straight into the bulk cheque grid instead of retyping them.

What about post-dated cheques for rent or instalments?

EasyCheck generates a full post-dated series with the dates sequenced automatically, up to 120 cheques in one batch, and tracks every cheque in a visual PDC calendar with due-date reminders. This works alongside your Zoho Books records.

Do I need to install anything?

No. EasyCheck online runs in your browser and prints on a standard office laser printer, with no special cheque printer or pre-printed stationery. A separate EasyCheck Desktop edition is also available and is quoted based on your requirements.
